The Quick Answer: $1,000–$10,000/month
That's the real range, plus a one-time $5,000 onboarding fee to cover your initial audit, GBP overhaul, and content foundation. No surprise "platform costs," no inflated buildout charges. The tier depends on how aggressive you want to be and how competitive your market is.
Before we get into the details, let's put this in perspective:
You need ONE job from AI to be profitable. That's it. One person asks AI who to call, AI says your name, they call you, you do the work. One job pays for months of service.
An HVAC company paying $1,000/month gets their money back from a single install. A dental practice at $3,000/month lands one new patient and has paid for the quarter. A multi-location business at $10,000/month only needs one high-value client per month to see 3-5x return.
The question isn't whether you can afford this. It's whether you can afford to keep being invisible while your competitors get recommended.
One-Time Onboarding — $5,000
Before your monthly plan starts, we do a deep-dive setup that builds the foundation everything else runs on. This is where we find out exactly why AI is skipping you and fix the structural problems that no amount of monthly work can paper over.
What's included in onboarding:
- Full AI visibility audit across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude
- Google Business Profile overhaul (photos, categories, description, attributes)
- Bing Places and Foursquare listing setup/correction
- NAP consistency audit and fixes across 20+ directories
- Competitor analysis — who AI recommends instead of you and why
- Baseline content foundation (5-10 optimized pages)
- Review generation system setup and first campaign launch
- Custom strategy document — your specific roadmap for months 1-6
This typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once it's done, your monthly plan picks up and builds on the foundation we've laid.

Category Exclusivity Included
We only work with one business per category per area. Your tier determines your protected zone: Foundation = your county. Dominance = your county + all bordering counties. Market Leader = your full Metropolitan Statistical Area. First to sign wins — if your competitor is already our client, we'll tell you upfront.
What You're Paying vs. What You're Already Spending
You're probably already paying for some combination of these. Here's how they compare:
| Service | Typical Cost | Helps With AI? |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads (PPC) | $1,500–$5,000/mo + ad spend | No — AI doesn't look at ads |
| SEO Agency | $750–$3,000/mo | Partially — some overlap, mostly different signals |
| Angi / Thumbtack Leads | $500–$3,000/mo | No — pay-per-lead, no lasting visibility |
| Social Media Marketing | $500–$2,000/mo | No — AI doesn't check your Instagram |
| Full-Service Marketing Agency | $3,000–$10,000/mo | Maybe — most don't know GEO exists yet |
| Let Them Find You | $1,000–$10,000/mo | Yes — built specifically for AI visibility |
Most of our clients keep their existing marketing and add AI visibility on top — because the leads come from a completely different channel that nobody else is working yet.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?
90-day minimum to start (it takes that long to build real momentum). After that, month-to-month. We earn your business every month — if we're not delivering, you can walk.
Can I pause and resume?
After the 90-day minimum, yes — with 30 days notice. But know that AI visibility degrades when you stop. Reviews go stale, competitors catch up, content ages out. Most clients who pause come back within 60 days because they see their score drop.
What if it doesn't work?
We track your AI visibility score monthly — it's a real, measurable number. If your score isn't improving after 90 days, we adjust strategy at no extra cost. We don't keep billing you for something that isn't working.
Do I still need SEO / Google Ads?
We don't replace your existing marketing — we add a completely new channel. AI recommendations are separate from Google search results. Most clients keep their current setup and add this on top. That said, some of what we do (content, reviews, GBP) does help your SEO too.
Why is the onboarding $5,000?
It covers 2-3 weeks of intensive work: full AI audit, GBP overhaul, 20+ directory fixes, 5-10 content pages, review system setup, and your custom strategy. This foundation is what makes the monthly work effective — without it, we'd be building on sand.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Most clients start at Foundation, see results, and upgrade to Dominance within 3-6 months when they're ready to get aggressive. No new onboarding fee — you just get more work done each month.
What do I actually have to do?
Almost nothing. We handle everything. The only thing we occasionally need from you: approve content we've written (a 5-minute review), and encourage happy customers to leave reviews (we give you the system and scripts). That's it.
How is this different from an SEO company?
SEO optimizes for Google search results. We optimize for AI recommendations — a completely different algorithm with different signals. The research shows that technical SEO factors (page speed, schema, Core Web Vitals) have zero correlation with AI visibility. What matters for AI is reviews, content depth, "best of" list placements, and directory presence. Most SEO companies don't know this yet.
How to Know If You're Ready
This service makes sense for you if:
- You've been in business at least 2 years and have a track record
- You serve customers in a specific city or metro area
- One good job covers the monthly cost (most service businesses)
- You're already getting some word-of-mouth but want to grow
- You have at least some existing Google reviews
This probably isn't the right fit if you're brand new (under 6 months), if you operate nationally with no local focus, or if your average job value is under $100.
